Moshi Diocese Mission Statement

We, as people of God in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Moshi - Tanzania, are blessed with God’s many gifts of faith, unity and love. Through Baptism, we are committed to honor, serve and celebrate the life of every human being, using our different talents, and so we are a living reflection of the Universal Church. The driving principle of our service under Christ the King is “Responsibility and Cooperation in Christ”.  In this, we continue Christ's mission to further the kingdom of God through the human family. Together we celebrate Christ's presence in worship: in His word and sacraments, as we make His Gospel message known and His love experienced by all. We dedicate ourselves to Christ the King and His Blessed Mother to minister not only the 5 Districts of Kilimanjaro Region (Rombo, Moshi Rural, Moshi Urban, Siha and Hai), forming the Catholic Diocese of Moshi, but also the people of Tanzania and the world community.
